Job Type:
Fixed-term contract starting mid-January for 6 weeks. Minimum 15 hours a week.

The Role:
As a Qualitative Researcher, you will play a crucial role in our research projects, diving deep into qualitative data to uncover meaningful patterns and insights. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our clients towards informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualitative Data Analysis: Meticulously analyse qualitative data from various sources, identifying key themes and patterns.

Open-Ended Text Categorisation: Classify and interpret open-ended responses, ensuring accurate representation of participants' viewpoints.

Focus Group Transcription & Summarisation: Transcribe focus group discussions accurately and concisely summarise the key findings.

In-Depth Interview Transcripts & Summaries: Prepare comprehensive transcripts of in-depth interviews and distil them into insightful summaries.

Conduct Surveys: Conduct telephone, Teams or Zoom in-depth surveys, demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Thematic Analysis: Employ thematic analysis techniques to extract significant themes and narratives from qualitative data.

Data entry: Accurate and efficient survey data entry, inputting and updating information into our databases, ensuring data integrity and completeness
Qualifications & Skills:

A degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Market Research, or a related field or relevant experience.

Proven experience in qualitative research methodologies and data analysis.

Strong skills in transcription and summarisation of complex discussions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in thematic analysis and categorisation techniques.

Ability to conduct telephone surveys with professionalism and empathy.
